I have had the American pitbull Terriers for over 22 years. Focusing my efforts on the rednose strains tempermant,intelligence, athletic capabilities, trainability and over all health of the dogs. Their prey drive is naturally inherent for this terrier breed. (Please do your research if you have never owned an APBT to better understand if this breed may be a good option/fit for you and your family) In my years of experience with this breed of dogs, I have never had any accidents or dogs that exhibit any human aggressive behaviors. As you bond with these dogs they will instinctively become your protective guardian.. Throughout the growth phases, they will count on you for consistency in training for optimal desired results, regular exercise to maintain good health and release of energy to regulate behavior as most breeds can be destructive when bored or have no outlet for their built up energy.
