About our place

Rick and Brenda Silva are from Texas and breeds Golden Retrievers. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual. Our dogs, Frida and Skipper, have enriched our lives in ways we never imagined, and we are so happy to be able to share the wonderful qualities of the breed with others. Owning a Golden Retriever is a beautiful experience, and it would be our honor to connect you with the perfect new addition to your family. The sire (Skipper from Alabama) and dam (Frida from Texas) are both 3 years old and live in our home. This is their 2nd litter of 11 healthy puppies. Frida is 65 pounds. Skipper is 85 pounds. They have been to obedience classes, so they have good manners. They get along well with our cats, Sallie and Morris.
