Toy breeder since '98. AKC describes the Chihuahua as a small dog that comes in smooth and long coat and is in the Toy Group. It does not categorize the Chihuahua by size. The Chihuahua Club of America does not condone the use of stating that they come in different sizes possibly misleading the prospective buyer to think they are described this way for greater monetary value. The use of these terms is misleading and incorrect. Although some are smaller than others they are not "teacup" per say. You cannot actually breed for size and most of my puppies end up 3-6# adults which is standard. We love them all! Top Champion pedigree quality babies home-raised with love for YOU!
