About our place

My name is Rebecca and I am the owner of PAWSitive Cheeky Chihuahua LLC and we are a small in-home hobby breeder of AKC Chihuahua's located near the historical Williamsburg, Virginia. Our dogs are a very important part of our family and are raised in our home with my husband and our 3 children ages 8, 10 and 13. My children handle our chihuahuas from birth and as they age, they play with our puppies daily. I believe this environment gives our chihuahuas the socialization they need to become happy well-adjusted adults. Our puppies generally are not shy or shaky but happy and full of waggy tails and kisses. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with your puppies' temperament. We Stive to better the breed by producing healthy quality chihuahuas. We take pride in the fact that we Embark health test all of our breeding adults of over 200 genetic diseases and we OFA CHIC certify all our breeding adults for their heart, patella's and eyes. After all, healthy adults produce healthy puppies :) We are constantly trying to improve our lines and focus on health and temperament above all.  Thank you for considering us when looking for your next fur baby.
