About our place

I want to put the record straight about my dogs. I have a kennel that the only time a basset is in is when she is either fixing to have pups or got pups. It is air conditioned plus has wood heat for the winter. Each mom has an individual stall inside but can come outside anytime to a ten foot run where they do their business. I wash it down every day and it goes into a septic tank. I have five big lots outside which are so big I use a zero turn mower to mow them. Each lot has only one male in it so if a female gets pregnant, it is obvious who the sire is. Each lot has a building, not dog houses, in which the dogs can go. Even an overhang for shade. Feeders always have food in them plus a big tub of water. Of the ones who wrote bad things about me the only one which is even close to truthful is the one who said I gave her number out. I did, but thought at the time I was doing it to help her. She lived in another state. Can't remember which state. But a distance anyway. I posted on my website at the time on the pictures of the pup where they were going. She had already mentioned that she hated to make that long trip. This was after giving the deposit. Someone else from the same state was also getting a pup from me at the same time. She asked me to let her talk to her in hopes that maybe they could come to a solution mutual to each other. I did give her number to her. I shouldn't have. Haven't since. But I was doing it in hopes that it would help both. I at no time told the person that the other would deliver her pup. She called having a fit...telling me that I was unfit. She wanted nothing to do with me nor my pups. I did tell her at the time that she wasn't getting her deposit back because she was so rude to me. I later realized that I should have called her first for permission to give the other person her number no matter how much it was done for good. I did give her deposit back.
