About our place

One of our priorities at Windy Knoll Goldens is to provide puppies that will be excellent, healthy, friendly companions, and pets for life. The foundation to achieving our goal is making sure the parents exhibit those qualities. As caring golden retriever breeders, we get our beloved dogs certified with the Orthopedic Foundation of America (OFA) or PennHIP to ensure our breeding dogs and their puppies are free and clear of any diseases. X-Ray tests and screens are performed when the dogs reach an appropriate age. As responsible golden retriever breeders we always research our pedigree for optimal breeding lines. As a caring breeder of golden retriever puppies, we raise our dogs as part of our family and include lots of fresh air, exercise, and sunshine as part a healthy lifestyle for each of our canine members. Our dogs enjoy the beauty of our country acres and spend their days exploring the fields, lazing in the shade, catching grasshoppers, and keeping us company in all of our outdoor activities. Our puppies are lovingly socialized from the day of birth, and introduced to bio-sensor therapy. We offer free pickup at our state-of-the art facility and free delivery as far as Kittery, Maine.
