My name is Kate Vega, and I am a hobby-level breeder of Labrador Retrievers. My girl, Dolly, has mothered two litters so far, and this will be her last. My motivation for breeding is my deep love and admiration for Dolly; I wanted to bring dogs into the world who represent the best of the breed and carry her intelligence, beauty, athleticism, and gentleness. The sire of her litters, Moose, is also a chocolate lab who is adored by his family for his calm, noble nature and his impressive athleticism and trainability. Both parents are healthy, allergy-free, and reside in South Florida where they have lots of fun with their respective families on beaches and boats. AKC recognizes one standard of the breed; Dolly and Moose are both physically proportioned with a physical acumen suitable for an active lifestyle or field work, each weighing in between 75-77 pounds.
