About me

Hi! My name is Miranda Pulido, and I’m a freshman in high school with a dream of becoming a nurse in the future. I’ve always had a passion for helping others, and I love the idea of making a difference in people’s lives through healthcare. Taking care of my younger siblings, who are 2 years old and 4 months old, has given me a lot of experience in being responsible, patient, and caring—qualities I know will help me in my future career. When I’m not busy with school or babysitting, I love playing volleyball. It’s a great way to stay active, work as part of a team, and challenge myself to improve. Whether I’m on the court or at home caring for my siblings, I’m always learning valuable skills that I believe will help me become a great nurse one day. Science and health classes are my favorites because they give me insight into how the human body works and how I can help people stay healthy. I enjoy learning new things and taking on challenges that will bring me closer to my goal of working in the medical field. I know becoming a nurse takes hard work and dedication, but I’m excited for the journey ahead.
