When they have their puppies, they get an area all to themselves where it is calm and quiet. At four weeks, the puppies start on Royal Canin starter food, and their brains are stimulated with infant toys. They are weaned from mama by six weeks, and they begin to transition to being without mama. They are ready to go to their forever home by 8 to 12 weeks, depending on their size and if you have experience caring for a puppy. The puppies are usually pad-trained and can go out through a doggy door. I breed traditional colors, plus blond, brown, and parti colors. Their sizes vary from 3lbs to 8lbs.
