This is our first litter with our male and female that we own. We purchased sisters from a well known breeder in Ohio. They were 10 weeks old. We then started to rescue abused and unwanted dogs and that is when our family became a pack of 3. A year later we came to know another breeder in Wisconsin. We contacted her through our horse contacts that we have with owning horses. A reach out from the breeder was posted that one of her buyers 2 years ago became unable to keep his two german shepherds and she was contacted by his micro chip that was still registered to her. She could not stand that one of her pups wound up in a shelter skinny and not cared for. She couldn't keep him as she was at her limit to be able to keep. She posted a reach out for a forever home to live out the rest of his life. We instantly responded as he was a German Shepherd. We have 3 dogs already but we knew we had more love to give. We adopted him. He is now our breeding male as the first owners never had him fixed. He throws absolutely beautiful puppies as we decided we wanted another German Shepherd to add to our pack. We waited till the time was right and on Thanksgiving day 2024 our beautiful girl had a litter of 5 that are absolutely stunning puppies. Our girl had 3 boys and 2 girls. 1 make and female black and tan black faces and 3 sables that look like dad. 1 female dark sable and 1 male darker male sable and another male sable that is not as dark. These puppies stoles our hearts. This experience has been an amazing one. We will not let any back yard breeders purchase any of our puppies and they will be going to approved homes where we know that they will have everthing they will need for the rest of their lives. Ww will be sure that the person or persons purchasing our puppies are ready and will have the time to commit to this breed. We love this breed as we decided to keep 2 of the puppies to be sure that we retain this breed and carry on the German Shepherds bloodlines and their legacy.
