I am a dachshund lover and currently own 2 short haired miniature females and one long haired male. My male, Maverick, and Luna, my dappled female recently had a liter of 5 puppies. This is my first experience having puppies and must say Luna has been an exceptional mother. We couldn't be more proud of her and are in love with her puppies. However, we must find furever homes for them, where they will be cared for and loved by their new family as much as we love all our doggies!
