Hi, we are Ellis and Sandra Eshelman of Fountain Inn, SC. Sandra and I were married Dec. 11, 2021 after both of our spouses passed away. Before my wife, Marilyn, passed away we were USDA licensed. Therefore, I know exactly what is expected for a healthy and safe environment for puppies! The veterinary USDA inspector loved our setup and our treatment of our dogs. I have been breeding puppies for over 20 years. One thing that, especially, sets Doodles For You apart from others is that we breed for temperament! Temperament is 50% genetic and 50% environment. We use only toy, male poodles as our sires. If a potential sire will not cradle like a baby in your arm, then he is too hyper and it will show in his puppies! This cradling is the secret to a calm, yet playful puppy! OFA's of hips and elbows will be done after the dog is 2 years of age. Beware of low cost puppies! Many were started during covid to make a quick buck. They are just throwing two dogs together and have not a clue how to care for them medically or any other way. Being "raised in our home" is not bragging rights as it is unsanitary! For years Marilyn and I attended the Iowa Pet Breeders Assoc. in Des Moines to learn the latest in all areas of caring for dogs from research vets. We are breeding miniature and petite goldendoodles, aussiedoodles, and maltipoos. Our puppies do not shed and are hypoallergenic! All puppies come with all shots at 8 weeks of age, microchipped, dewclaws removed, and a documented vet exam. We will ship a puppy by a nanny as this method is the least stressful for the puppy.
