We decided that we wanted to get a golden retriever so that we had a dog that was supposed to be good with our kids....we had no idea they were such wonderful dogs! Ever since, we have decided it is the only breed we will ever own again! They are such amazing dogs and we love our sweet girl, Morgan! She's been such a sweet natured girl since the minute we got her! She's never jumped on us or my kids and that was such a great relief! I have bred Australian Shephards for years so switching to golden retrievers was a big deal but it's been such a great transition! They truly are just the best dogs and anyone who owns one will that I've met has said the same! We love having puppies so that the kids can have them to play with so all of our puppies have been played with by my kids since birth! We live in a small town and have a large yard along the side of our house for them, so they have plenty of room to play!
