Max stopped by asking for directions home not long ago. He settled right into our routine here, but we have too many animals of our own already. We posted him in all the local search sites but no one seems to be missing him. All public and private no-kill shelters in our area are full, as are the fostering homes. He appears to be an American Bulldog, maybe full bred. He’s about 3-4 years old, neutered, house trained, healthy, vaccinated, has some voice and hand signal awareness. He’s a true rescue case; probably “ dropped in the country,” evidence for having been chained up. Max is friendly with people right from the start and seems curious and willing to get to know other animals. We breed dogs ourselves and have lots of livestock, so he can’t stay here long term. Who has a heart big enough for one more? Ignore the price above. Max is priceless. Please call Chuck: 802-388-4174.
