Fernbrook German Shepherds: We are Breeders with Heart with the American Kennel Club and a state licensed kennel. The parents of our puppies are health tested prior to breeding, and are OFA Certified hips/elbows Good. They are also DM negative by DNA testing. All puppies from Fernbrook parents are DM negative by parentage. We also complete foundational training with the puppies so they become successful companions, service GSDs, and other working line careers. We also have eternal room in our hearts for German Shepherd rescues. On a case by case basis, we have provided for numerous rescued German Shepherds. We can accept donations to our program in the interest of German Shepherd Rescues. We also accept donated German Shepherds on a case by case basis. Our goal with rescued and donated German Shepherds is of course to find a loving, fur-ever home/family for them. And of course we accept all of these German Shepherds(puppies purchased/donated/rescued) back to our program/home in the event there is a change of circumstance in that home/family. So (in addition to producing health tested, working line German Shepherds for service) we as a program prevent many unwanted or homeless German Shepherds from ending up in animal shelters.
