The Anatolian Shepherd Turkish Boz is the top of the line breed when it comes to stopping power against preditors like wolves, coyotes and bears. The Turkish Boz thrives in cold or hot enviroments. When there is not a threat it is a very laid back gentle dog. However, if it feels there is a threat to the family or the herd, the Boz will react accordingly and address or deter that threat. They are very loving towards family members and children. After extensive research, I decided that this breed was perfect for my family when we moved to Central Wisconsin. Our dogs have exceeded our expectations from what I learned about this breed. I am totally overjoyed that I decided to make this breed part of our family and homestead.
