WELCOME!! Here at Von Westview Haus quality and honesty are the top priority. The adults are all DNA tested by Paw Print Genetics or Embark. The German Shepherds are additionally tested for good hips and elbows with X-rays sent to the German SV. Kennel facilities include climate-controlled interior that is comfortable all year round. Outdoor runs that are cleaned daily and a large play yard for exercise. I am a member and huge advocate of the Indiana Council of Animal Welfare for continued education on best ethics and breeding practices. When I was a young teenager I took in a stray German Shepherd here on the farm and ultimately fell in love with the breed. She has since passed on so when I was offered a puppy from a neighbor friend I jumped at the chance to have another GSD whom I named Hailey. Hailey had a few wonderful litters before I retired her as my companion. Loving the color and personality of the German bloodlines I began to focus on deep color pigment with quality genetics in the pedigree which brings me to what I have today. Although I don’t show my adults in the show ring I choose those that have heavily titled pedigrees to keep the best genetics flowing. See you next time and may God Bless!!
